Oh, crumbs. Another action lost in the meeting notes?

Crumb turns the actions buried in your Granola notes into a shared, accountable kanban board so nothing gets left behind.

From transcript to tracked

Save the “Ahh, Biscuits” moments. Make sure every action makes it out of the meeting.

  1. 01

See every meeting in one place

Your meetings recorded by Granola appear in Crumb as they happen. You choose the actions worth tracking.

  2. 02

Actions tagged and structured for you

Crumb saves you time by intelligently mapping the status, priority and due date of each action to the members of your workspace.

  3. 03

    Organise the crumbs

Crumb's kanban boards allow you to sort actions by status or priority whilst allowing action owners to post their own updates.

Baked into your stack

With Crumb there is nothing to install, no bot to invite to your calendar, and no third account holding your meetings.

Your Claude keyRequired
Claude does the reading. It turns a transcript into actions that already carry an owner, a department, a priority and a date. Because the key is yours, you pay Anthropic list price directly — no mark up.
Your Granola keyRequired
Granola brings the meetings in. Each recording appears as soon as Granola has finished with it, so nothing is exported or pasted by hand, and Crumb reads the transcript alongside Granola’s own summary.

What’s in the tin?

Everything your team needs to turn meeting actions into actual progress.

Invite your team

Bring colleagues in by email with magic links. Assign each member to a department for seamless action item tagging.

Create multiple workspaces

One per team, or one per client. Each keeps its own meetings, people and keys, and you can switch seamlessly between them.

Track action history

Comments and status changes share a single timeline, so a move to Amber sits next to the note explaining it. Nothing is edited away.

Sort by priority or RAG

Group the board by RAG status to see what’s at risk, or by priority to see what matters most. The same actions, two questions answered.

Filter by owner and function

Every action is tagged to a person and a department, allowing you to quickly and easily see what’s on everyone’s plate.

See your own actions

One list of everything you owe, across every workspace you’re in, ordered the way you plan to work through it.

Pick up the crumbs anywhere

Crumb works wherever work happens.

Review actions, update progress, assign owners and keep the team moving from any device.

Your crumbs. Your business.

Crumbs of wisdom

Does it replace my meeting notes?

No. Meeting recorders are good at recording what was said. Crumb starts after that: it takes the transcript and tracks the promises inside it until they’re done.

What if it gets an action wrong?

You see every proposed action before anything is saved to your board. Edit it, reassign it, or delete it. Nothing reaches the board unreviewed.

Where does our data go?

Into your own workspace, isolated at the database level. Transcripts are sent to Anthropic under your own API key for extraction, and Anthropic does not train on API data.

Why do I need my own Claude key?

So the AI cost is yours, at cost, with no markup from us, and so your transcripts are processed under your own agreement with Anthropic rather than ours.

Do I have to use Granola?

Yes. Granola is how meetings reach Crumb — your recorded meetings show up as they happen and the actions are produced for you. Granola's API needs a Business or Enterprise plan.

Who can see what?

Everyone on your team sees the board and can post updates. Admins additionally import meetings, manage people and delete items, so a lead can mark something complete, which is visible, but can’t make an awkward commitment disappear.

What is a workspace?

A workspace can be a group or project where you want to manage all of your actions. Team members of a workspace can view all actions but only amend and update their assigned actions.
